You may know Erin Oldham. She joined Dynamic as an Advisor Support Associate in November 2019. What you may not know is she traded the St. Louis Arch for the Grand Canyon! She’s learning about Arizona alongside teaching her young son to read.
Erin brings 13 years of back-office support experience to the position on both the retail and advisory sides of a custodian, having worked at Stifel Financial and Scottrade. Here’s more to know about Erin:
Q. What’s your role at Dynamic and how do you help support our clients?
A. I am an Advisor Support Associate. I support the advisors by answering their phone calls and service requests and working with the custodian to obtains solutions on issues that come up.
Q. What attracted you to Dynamic, and what compels you to work in a profession servicing wealth advisors?
A. The majority of my experience with financial services has been spent working indirectly with advisors as back-office support on both the retail side and the advisory side of a custodian.
When I moved to Phoenix, I wanted to be able take the knowledge that I gained over the years working at the custodian and put it to good use without having to start over in a different industry. I was drawn to Dynamic because it gave me the opportunity to continue giving the high level of service and support, but to the advisors directly.
Q. How long have you lived in the Valley of the Sun?
A. I moved to Phoenix, the Ahwatukee area, in September 2019 from St. Louis, Missouri. Recently, I moved to the Gilbert area.
Q. What’s your favorite activity?
A. I love to cook. I find it very relaxing. Most nights you will find me in the kitchen preparing a meal for me to enjoy as a family with my husband and son.
Q. What book are you reading right now?
A. I am currently reading “Celebrating ARIZONA” by Marion Dane Bauer. I am helping my son to read and learn about Arizona at the same time.

Q. How long is your commute to Dynamic?
A. My commute to work is about 30 seconds. I have an office space on the other side of the living room.
