August 2021 marks Mat Weiss’s three-year work anniversary at Dynamic. He began his Dynamic career as a team lead in Portfolio Services and currently serves as a coordinator on the Business Development Team.
Mat’s 14 years of experience in the financial services field includes Charles Schwab, where he served prior to Dynamic. At Schwab, he held positions in Alternative Investments and Margin Services.
A St. Louis native, Mat moved to the Badger State to attend the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Today, he lives in the Valley of the Sun…
Q&A:
Q. What’s your role at Dynamic and how do you help support our clients?
A. I help show advisors there is a better and more efficient way to run their business by utilizing Dynamic to outsource the non-revenue producing activities and focus on their clients and prospects.
Q. What attracted you to Dynamic, and what compels you to work in a profession servicing wealth advisors?
A. I was attracted to Dynamic by the work-from-home atmosphere, and I continue to work here because of the people. Everyone is helpful and client focused. We always do what is in the client’s best interest.
Q. Where do you live?
A. I moved from St. Louis to Wisconsin for college, and I now live about one mile from Dynamic’s physical office. I’ve been in Arizona since 2010.
Q. What’s your favorite activity or hobby?
A. I enjoy playing tennis and walking my Black Lab, Sophia.
Q. What’s your favorite show to stream?
A. I am a sucker for reruns of “Burn Notice.”

A. I have a grueling 20-step commute to my desk each morning.
