Dynamic Advisor Solutions is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and positive-minded Client Service Associate Two of Arizona’s fastest-growing Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms are seeking a strategic HR Generalist to serve both organizations. Dynamic Advisor Solutions and Priority Financial Group work together via a shared services agreement to collaborate as firm’s to deliver human resources support to their employees. This unique role offers broad exposure, high impact, and the chance to build HR infrastructure at two thriving wealth management companies. Location: Phoenix metro area (in-office in Central Phoenix location)
Salary Range: $70,000–$85,000 + performance bonus, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Benefits & payroll: Administer health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and compensation programs
- HR operations: Develop policies, performance management processes, and employee training programs
- Full-cycle recruiting: Source, screen, and hire financial advisors, client service associates, and operations talent, including onboarding & offboarding employees
- Employee relations: Serve as trusted advisor on workplace issues, career development, and culture-building
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEC/FINRA regulations and federal/state employment laws
Qualifications
Required:
- Demonstrated understanding and administration of benefits plans
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Proven recruiting success in competitive markets
- Hands-on HRIS experience supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting workflows, onboarding, training and development tracking, performance management administration, and offboarding processes
- Expertise in navigating employee relations
- Exceptional discretion and organizational skills
- 3-5+ years HR generalist experience (financial services preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
Preferred:
- RIA or financial services background
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Paychex Oasis PEO experience
