PHOENIX, Nov. 9, 2021—Dynamic Advisor Solutions dba Dynamic Wealth Advisors, a professional services provider for wealth advisors, recently welcomed a new member to the team: Konstantin (Kostya) Etus, CFA® joined Dynamic in a new role as Head of Strategy, Investment Management and Portfolio Services, as the firm seeks to accelerate development of institutionalized asset management services.

Dynamic’s U.S. network comprises approximately 80 wealth advisory practices and includes Independent Advisor Representatives (IARs) and Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), serving nearly 5,000 clients and more than $3 billion in assets.

Etus has more than a decade of specialized experience in asset allocation and security selection of various ETF and mutual fund portfolios, including management of mutual funds, ETF strategies, ESG investments and 529 plans. In addition, he has experience evaluating multiple types of third-party investment strategies that include SMAs, model portfolios and individual funds through a robust due diligence framework.

Prior to joining Dynamic, Etus rose through the ranks at the Orion organization (CLS Investments and Orion Portfolio Solutions), serving as a Trading Specialist, Research Analyst, Portfolio Manager and finally, as Director of Research. Prior to Orion, he served as Associate Financial Analyst at ConAgra Foods, Inc., managing the company’s global cash network.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Kostya to Dynamic, expanding the depth of our asset management leadership team with credentialed, experienced professionals as more advisors look to outsource portfolio management and have come to rely on our investment management team to solve complex client situations,” said CEO Jim Cannon. “Most advantageous for Dynamic, Etus has deep portfolio management experience working with clients as well as advisors.”

Cannon noted, “As a Portfolio Manager, Kostya was charged with helping advisors close and maintain business. In his lead research role, he oversaw the due diligence on all strategists, so he’s seen the benefits of solid structure and organizational framework to deliver, manage and grow an asset management business.”

Etus holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation and the FINRA Series 65 securities registration. He earned a Master of Investment Management and Financial Analysis and Master of Business Administration degrees from Creighton University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
