Financial services industry veteran Brian Bowen serves as Dynamic’s Director of Advisor Integration, leading the firm’s efforts on supporting independent advisors at every stage of their journey with Dynamic.
Bringing more than two decades of experience to Dynamic’s enhanced practice management efforts, Brian provides strategic guidance around business growth, operational efficiency and succession planning to the firm’s national network. As a member of the Business Development team, he also plays an integral role in recruiting efforts and onboarding new advisors to the Dynamic platform.
Prior to joining Dynamic, Brian spent more than 20 years at Charles Schwab in multiple roles. This included Senior Business Consultant and Vice President/Branch Leader, directing Schwab’s retail efforts across various markets, including Phoenix, Scottsdale and West Texas.
Brian holds multiple degrees from Arizona State University, including a Master of Business Administration as part of the inaugural MBA program at the W.P. Carey School of Business.
An Arizona native, Brian is an avid supporter of Brophy College Preparatory, the ASU Sun Devils and U.S. military. Alongside his steady career in wealth management, Brian is a proud “military spouse.” He has supported his wife, Lora, a former U.S. Air Force officer, as they moved across the country multiple times before settling in Cave Creek, Ariz. In his spare time, Brian enjoys coaching youth sports for their two sons.
