Matthew Berard serves as Investment Operations Associate on Dynamic’s Asset Management team, where he supports daily trading, reporting, portfolio reviews and operational processes that help ensure a seamless experience for advisors and their clients.
He began his career in financial services in 2024, and previously worked as an intern at Round Rock Advisors. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Providence College in Rhode Island and is a member of the Knights of Columbus.
A resident of Newtown, Conn., he enjoys hockey, baseball, weightlifting and music. Matthew is guided by, “Everything is possible for one who believes,” and if he had a walk‑up song, it would be “When It Rains It Pours” by Luke Combs.
