As Business Development Officer, Ryan brings more than two decades of experience in financial services to Dynamic’s Business Development team. He has built a reputation as a trusted partner for advisors, providing guidance on firm growth, operational efficiency, client acquisition and succession planning. Ryan holds Series 65 and Life and Annuity licenses. He was the founder of Montage Private Wealth, an RIA focused on delivering personalized financial planning solutions and insurance products. Prior to joining Dynamic, Ryan directed advisor services at an asset management firm, where he led firm growth from $200 million to $1.2 billion AUM by onboarding RIAs, enhancing the advisor experience and overseeing retention efforts.
A passionate advocate for financial literacy, Ryan has presented on the topic to professionals and investors through webinars, podcasts and speaking events. Based in Arizona, Ryan is a dedicated husband and proud father of five. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, live music and time with his family.
