Melanie Ahlers serves as Manager on Dynamic’s Onboarding team. She dedicates her time, overseeing Dynamic’s onboarding process for new advisor’s clients’ accounts and developing Dynamic’s onboarding program for consistency across all members of the team. With more than 18 years in the financial services industry, she possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and project management capabilities. Before joining Dynamic, she worked at Charles Schwab as a Senior Relationship Specialist and Multi-Line Insurance Agent. When she’s not supporting Dynamic’s Onboarding team, Melanie enjoys home decorating, cooking, reading, singing and watching football. She lives in Port Saint Lucie, Fla., with her husband and her West Highland Terrier, Bailey.
